Foreign Medical Graduate Guidelines
FMG Eligibility Norms 2021
The National Medical Commission (NMC) introduced the FMG Eligibility Norms 2021 to standardize medical education for students abroad. These norms ensure foreign medical graduates meet the same academic and professional standards as those trained in India. By fulfilling NMC’s requirements, graduates can maintain quality healthcare and practice in India.
FMG Guidelines 2021
The NMC mandates that foreign medical programs be at least 54 months long, followed by a 12-month internship. Courses must match Indian MBBS standards, with English as the medium of instruction.
UNPAZ Compliance Overview
UNPAZ follows NMC’s FMG norms with an English-taught MBBS-equivalent curriculum by experienced Indian faculty. Students complete a 12-month supervised internship at the National Hospital.
